Hugh Cullen – Director and Chairman

Hugh was appointed Chairman of the company in 2002; he has over 40 years senior management experience, including a period within a public company. Hugh has extensive experience in waste management technology and combustion process applications. Hugh shall use his experience to effect the strategic direction of the business.

Desmond Sheeran – Director and Vice Chairman

Des has been working as an industrial engineer and in senior management for over 20 years. Production line process been a key area of his career, this allows Des to effect the technical and strategic direction of the business in tandem with the executive officers.

Seamus Lagan – Director and CEO

Seamus shall provide the vision, direction and leadership to achieve the business objectives. He is an electrical engineer and has significant experience in the construction industry. During the last six years he has successfully completed a series of significant achievements in the markets. This includes establishing the funding mechanism and structure for a US public listing.

Gerry Mannion – Director and Company Secretary

Gerry is our company secretary he has significant experience in the financial services industry prior to moving into property and development interests in Ireland Europe and USA.

Sebastien Sainsbury – Financial Development Consultant

A merchant banker, Sebastien shall focus on Investor Relations and corporate requirements of the business, which includes the structure and nature of funding for the business. He has 20 years experience in this field including a directorship with AIG amongst his many company interests.

Gerry Slowey – Financial Director (Acting)

Gerard has been working within the banking for over 30 years this includes 10 years as manager. The last 6 years has been spent leading accountancy departments for private companies. Gerard shall be responsible for management of all accountancy and banking needs of the business.
